We are a USA-based fashion brand, we sell fun-theme clothing, aimed at the mail 34-45 yo market. We primarily use Instagram and FB ads.

For what projects/services did your company hire AdToro, and what were your goals?
Media buying and strategy across Facebook and Instagram.
We wanted to drive sales and increase our instagram following. We feel the increased exposure would get us new and repeating customers. I realize these goals are pretty broad, AdToro did a good job coming up with the tactics to help us achieve these.

AdToro reached out to us as they saw us online, and though our brands would be a good fit. Once we spoke to them via phone and chat, we liked their style, and felt they “got” our brand, and had great ideas about where we should message and how we should message across the platforms we were looking for.

They did media buying, campaign setup, creative content creation, copywriting, media placement, as well as strategic advice on how to get better creative for our ads.

There are 2 resources that we interface with. The team size has remained consistent.

We have had increase in our instagram followers, and more importantly our sales have been steadily improving.

Very, they are very responsive and easy-going. Once we sent a directive, they were quick to address it and respond with their opinion on it.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Their initiative and creativity to come up with new ideas for our ads are impressive.
Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?
Nothing worth mentioning that would be a ding, all standard items that come up.
