We are the leading ESG platform built for commercial real estate. My role as the Marketing Operations Manager is to keep our marketing technology and website optimized as well as raise brand awareness and bring in leads.

The Challenge

For what projects/services did your company hire AdToro, and what were your goals?

We hired AdToro to improve our website’s SEO and lead our paid ad campaigns. For SEO, our goal is to rank high for keywords revolving around our brand name, ESG, and sustainability. For paid ads our goal is to increase brand awareness and bring in quality leads.

The Approach

How Did You Select AdToro?

The VP of Marketing chose AdToro based on cost and quality of service. Their pricing model of taking a percentage of total spend is very fair to all parties involved.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

We had an initial call outlining expectations, getting initial ad campaigns off the ground, and collecting keywords to rank for. Since then we have quick weekly recap calls to go over our website health, keyword rankings, and paid ad performance. AdToro also created a Slack channel so we can easily contact them with questions or ideas for new campaigns.

What was the team composition?

We work directly with AdToro’s CEO and Head of Digital Strategy.

The Outcome

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our website score went from around a 65% to a 94% in a very short period of time. We are ranking very high (between first and third result on Google) for relevant keywords, and our paid ads campaigns have added multiple deals to our pipeline.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Working with AdToro is very smooth. We set expectations, and they easily fulfill them and more. The Slack channel is a really nice touch because they are very responsive.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their wealth of SEO knowledge. With their help we are now ranking much higher for our keywords and our website health is almost perfect and much higher than it would be if I tried to tackle it myself.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

So far, not yet.
